FutureTrust is a free rebating program that helps families save money for college. The FutureTrust Mastercard allows you to earn 1% of your purchases as a rebate into your section 529 college savings plan account. Additional rebates of 1% to 30% (average 4.5%) can be earned from a network of more than 250 merchants on the FutureTrust web site.

Membership is free. To join, you must apply for a FutureTrust Mastercard and make purchases at qualifying merchants and/or on the FutureTrust web site using the FutureTrust Mastercard. The FutureTrust Mastercard is issued by Juniper Bank and has no annual fee.

Your family and friends can open their own FutureTrust accounts and contribute their rebates toward your child's education.

FutureTrust rebates can be automatically transferred to your section 529 college savings plan, transferred to another FutureTrust member, or redeemed as cash.
